I honestly cannot recommend Premier Plus’s service enough. We were in touch with Jim throughout our house buying process and he made the scary process of choosing and applying for our first mortgage so stress free and easy. He talked us through the process every step of the way and was incredibly responsive and efficient throughout. Cannot fault their service at all and will definitely be renewing our mortgage through them in the future.

We decided after obtaining planning permission to take the plunge and have a single storey extension which would incorporate a living room and fully kitted out bathroom,we called richard who explained in great detail the process including full costings,work commenced the following week,by week 6 we were watertight and completed at the end of week 8,the service we received by the whole team was outstanding,more or less daily updates what works would be carried out and how they would be doing it,even going to see the neighbours to update them,the work was first class by all the tradesman concerned,we felt totally at ease with the whole development which was a massive commitment financially,the most impressive part for us was the attention to detail,thanks to these guys we have got a fantastic new area to our home and added value at the same time.richard gave us the build cost and that's exactly what we paid,no hidden costs,if your looking for honesty,reliability,first class workmanship these are the guys without question.

Being a female novice at needing to build an medium extension so that my husband and I could move in to look after my mother, I knew I had to completely trust the architect. After one phone call and an initial meeting, I knew Katie was the one for the job. She explained everything in detail, in addition gave me a folder with information explaining each stage which initially I couldn't even bring myself to read (it wasn't the content, which is explained so simply but taking on the project felt so daunting). This folder though has become my bible as I look up each stage as we progress through this journey. Katie knew exactly what we needed design wise and was very patient with us when we kept calling to change certain areas. She and her team were at the end of the phone and email and they responded promptly throughout this Covid nightmare. She is very bubbly, professional and passionate. Both my husband are anal about exceptional customer service which is hard to find unfortunately – but we found it in Katie and her team. I trust her guidance 100% and have gone from being daunted to being very excited about this project.

I would looking to replace my blinds and very keen to support a local business and found DSA Blinds on an Internet Search. I sent them an e-mail with a general enquiry on a Saturday evening and Jo responded immediately. That set the standard as they were so helpful and efficient. Richard came out with his sample book and measured up within a couple of days and then returned once we had decided on paints for our new colour scheme.
Jo was so helpful and always responded to an e-mail immediately. From making the first enquiry we had our blinds fitted within 3 weeks, and I would definitely use them again.

It’s been the first experience with mortgages with Premier Plus but Roxy and Daniel were fantastic managing from start to finish a let to buy and porting a mortgage across for me simultaneously. I can’t recommend them highly enough! They met all dates and deadlines and completed in 8 weeks. Being in full time employment and having a small BTL portfolio they took all the stress out of things. Even their recommendation for conveyancers was spot on! They will have all my business moving forward!
