I can't thank the members of the Kasteel team enough. Thoroughly professional throughout the build helping to ensure what can be a very stressful experience went smoothly and swiftly.
The quality of workmanship in addition to the pace at which they constructed the extension left my wife and I in no doubt that we had picked the right team for the job. As with any construction unforeseen challenges arise, the guys at Kasteel dealt with all such issue swiftly and professionally always ensuring that our requirements were at the center of their thinking and problem solving.
In summary great quality work from a team who are fully customer-centric putting the client at the heart of what they do. I can't recommend Kasteel highly enough and are incredibly happy with the end result of their work.

Fantastic. Went to Premier Plus with a crisis in regard to a mortgage that we were let down with upon having an offer accepted on a house. With a very volitile mortgage market they were able to find us a totally new mortgage that worked for us incredibily quickly, that kept us going with the process of moving home. Highly recommended.

We came across Thermo-Flow Services a year or so ago. We had a serious leak from a pressurised hot-water cylinder - water coming through the downstairs ceiling! Dan didn't know us at all - but came out late at night and stayed until the early-hours and until our system was drained and safe. Steve made a brilliant job of replacing the faulty cylinder and later the boiler. We just had them rip out and replace an entire en-suite shower-room/toilet. Alex this time - and once again a brilliant job. No fuss, no dramas - no frequent use of the word 'Nightmare'! They just get on with the job, whatever it is - the other trades that they brought to our new shower-room installation, plasterer, tiler & electrician - all the same - they just get on with it and do everything properly. Thermo-Flow Services is growing and deserves its obvious success. We cannot praise them highly enough and would recommend them to anyone.

As a first time buyer, Roxy and Helen made my experience as smooth as possible and I can’t thank them enough!
To be honest, I was very nervous but I was put at ease straight away by Roxy who explained everything step by step and made me feel in full control.
Helen was fantastic with all the insurance side of things, she was extremely informative and helpful in me deciding what policy’s to go for and didn’t pressure me into anything.
Overall, I could not fault Roxy and Helen one bit and the service provided by them was 10/10.

Dean did a fantastic job refurbishing our kitchen, his attention to detail was second to none. He provided an all round service including plumbing, electrics, installing appliances and he created our brilliant raised breakfast bar to fit in with our idea of a perfect kitchen. The finish is lovely, we're so pleased with the result and with his workmanship, would recommend him very highly.
