Ian, with Ashcroft, did a superb job for us yesterday and we're absolutely thrilled with the results! This was our 1st time using Ashcroft and it definitely won't be the last! We needed two bedrooms (one with many emulsion paint stains),a runner and stairway carpets cleaned and it mast be said, they all came up like new. Seriously, he was able to get some pretty old stains up and the whole place looks, feels and smells super clean. We learned he can also make tiled floors/walls come up like new - including adding to and reviving old stained and crumbling grout. Ashcroft has far surpassed our expectations and is now our first and only choice of floor and carpet cleaning in St Neots.

My partner and I were first time buyers with absolutely no clue with where to begin. With so many websites offering advice on mortgage offers, insurance etc it was an absolute minefield. We were recommended Premier Plus by our estate agents at Country Properties and after looking up reviews, decided to give them a call. Premier Plus weren't the first mortgage advisors we reached out to but after a first conversation with Jim, they were the last. Jim and Helen looked after and advised us right up to keys in hand. They are incredibly personable, professional and made the process as stress-free as possible, answering any queries (no matter how seemingly silly) we had. I cannot recommend them enough and trust that we will have a long working relationship each time we remortgage.

Thank you to the whole team of St Neots Fencing Company Ltd, starting from the very top man called Mark, down to the two chaps that carried out the work called, Pete and Tom, all of whom were professional, courteous at all times, prompt with all aspects of the job (i.e. attending the first meeting to survey the job, forwarding the proposal the following day and turning up to carry out the work as agreed), which was all painless and stress free. They are a credit to themselves, each other and the firm they work or own and humanity.

I have used Premier Plus Ltd for my last two property purchases. I have been speaking to Michal on both occasions and I can’t recommend him and his team enough. Michal was very quick to respond to any query that I had, I remember he provided me a mortgage in principle within 24 hours of me requesting one. I have also been speaking to Clare and Roxy who have been terrific when liaising with the bank. My mortgage was approved in 3 weeks which was terrific given the current situation we are in. I will surely be using Premier Plus Ltd again and I have already referred my friends to them. Thank you again team for the excellent response and turnaround.
