How do you get a quote for £950 from one garage and then get another for £400? Total Auto is the answer. I was sceptical I have to admit but the job was well done, quickly and professionally. 3 months on my car is running better than ever. These guys know Volkswagen and it shows. Honest and reliable!

Best local garage with 5* service. Being quite new to the area we came across the garage due to having a break down. Will not be taking our cars anywhere else. Always so accomdating with door to door service. My partner and myself are yet to actually visit the garage as the team, especially Chris, have personally taken our cars and delivered them back. 1st Class!!!

I had my vehicle serviced, MOT's and repaired at Total Auto (PE19 1DU). The things I liked about the garage in question:
- Staff are friendly (especially Chris ~ manager maybe)
- Super fast appointment booking (I got a slot for next day no extra charge)
- The team are very experienced (in my case, the car was Diesel and the main mechanic there was a Diesel expert)
- Tariff is really affordable
- Very good communication (I was kept aware of every single detail during the whole MOT, full service and repair process)
