We asked Matt to remodel our back garden to create a patio area and a paved path surrounding the lawn. This was a big job and was complicated by the slope of the ground. Matt and the team not only met our expectations, they exceeded them. They were able to suggest modifications in our design ideas which improved the end product, and were also happy to discuss and accomodate any changes we thought of.
The team were all very helpful and a pleasure to have working on our property.
Very pleased with it all, particularly the "bowling alley". A great project completed in the time estimated at a very competitive price. Very highly recommended.

We were looking to add a garden room to our cottage in Offord Darcy. We spoke to number of builders, but Joe Polfrey immediately impressed my wife and I with his vision of what we could achieve. Joe is a young man with an eye for what would blend well with a traditional listed building. He was clear and concise and recommended a good architect who proved to be very good. The build itself went extremely smoothly with Joe being a man true to his word. Joe managed the process extremely well from start to finish. The quality of the build was superb and we would highly recommend J. P. Building for any building project. Geoff & Jane Bent.
