Prompt,reliable service coupled with high -quality workmanship and excellent products make this a superb company to deal with! Friends recommended them to us and I'm so glad they did. When all our fences blew down in the winds mid-February 2014, they had a man (Ross, who actually also did our work) come out to assess the damage within 2 hours of calling the firm AND it was on a Saturday! Work started a week later and despite torrential rain the ever-friendly and tireless Ross completed the work in the stated time. Could not be happier and would strongly recommend. 😀

Steven of SMB Builders demolished a small wall in my garden, and rebuilt it using better bricks as the old wall was crumbling. He arrived on time, was very polite and did a really good and neat job. I would certainly use him again, and would recommend him to my family and friends.

I have just moved to St Neots and needed some urgent help getting straight in my new home. After a couple of failed promises to call me back from other traders, I called Craig. He agreed to visit after work on the same day to assess the job and quote. He ended up doing the work there and then and for a fair price. I would definitely recommend Reed Roofing. We had already had a survey completed on our house, identifying that the we needed the existing tiles stripping, felt laying and re-tiling. We got a number of quotes, but Reeds was the most comprehensive and was reasonably priced. Reed were able to match the new tiles to the neighbours style and were able to get the colour guttering/soffets/facias that we required all at a very reasonable price. I made a number of requests/changes and also asked if they would be able to quote for the loft flooring to be completed at the same time. One visit and a reasonable quote was received. There were no "hidden charges" or additional costs during the process. The guys were friendly, all the work was completed very quickly and cleanly. Reed were able to do the work earlier that the quoted dates. Communication was excellent throughout the process and any questions we had were answered quickly.

I can't recommend or rate highly enough the service provided by Alan. Within an hour of our initial phone call Alan came to assess the damage from a fallen tree. Work was carried out in a fast, friendly and efficient manner at a reasonable price - you can't get better than that! I will certainly recommend their services to anybody and now know who to call should I need further work doing. A five star service!!

Tina was recommended to us by a work contact. Our second daughter was 11 months at the time and had never slept through the night. I was a breast feeding, co sleeping mum. This wasn't something I had planned, more a situation I had fallen into. I would fall asleep myself while night feeding and it soon became a habit. When we contacted Tina my daughter was waking and feeding (or comforting) anything from 2 to 10 times a night and I was exhausted. You can search the internet and read so much about babies and sleep but sometimes you just need someone to come in and give you direction. Tina doesn't have a 'one answer for all problems' approach. She chatted to my husband and I and came up with a plan for us that we felt comfortable with. After our initial meeting I was very impressed with the follow up support which was more than I had expected. Tina was the other end of the phone whenever I needed to run something past her. I am happy to report that after following Tina's guidance our daughter now sleeps in her own room for between 11 and 12 hours each night. No night feedings. We have had some wakings but these have been due to teething or illness and I am able to quickly resettle her without getting her out of her cot. Our daughters day sleeping patterns have also improved dramatically. Sleep is so important for both parents and growing children. We all need it to thrive! When you are in a situation it can sometimes be difficult to imagine that it could ever change but I am the other side of that situation now. If you are having sleep issues and feel like you don't know where to turn or what to do for the best then I would urge you to contact Tina. I feel like me again, I have more patience for my 4 year old and my husband and I are enjoying quality time together again after a year or so of living in sleep deprivation and going to bed at the earliest opportunity each night! Ian refurbished our shower room in February and I could not have been more delighted. Ian is 100% reliable which is quite unusual in my recent experience. He surveyed the job when he said he would, he quoted in the timescale he said he would and turned up to do the work when he said he would. Attention to detail was exceptional. This was not a straight forward job either as being an old house it threw up a number of surprises but these were all overcome. Ian will be my first port of call for future work.
