"Giggs are a class above most estate agents. We had a number of challenges buying a property in the area due to it being listed and the fact that our solicitor was useless. This could have alienated the sellers, but Matt at Giggs kept relations good by mediating every step of the way. What is more appreciated is that he did not take sides where many estate agents would have only focused on the sale. I could not recommend them more highly."
