The staff were very friendly and welcoming, answered all our questions. The boat needs a bit of TLC as the windscreen was loose from its frame and all the windows had lots of scratches so we couldn't really see anything out of them and there were paint splatters on the cushions. The extra blanket was much appreciated though as it was a bit chillier than we expected courtesy of the rain!
Overall great fun and we'd do it again.

We had a 4hr trip with Bruce
Which held 4 adults 3 children and a dog
We had a brilliant time going along the river Ouse
Lovely girls gave us a short demo
We all drove the boat and the grandchildren too
They had a lovely experience going through the locks
We will definitely go back when we holiday here again
