Having decided to sell our house after years of creating our dream home, to start a new life in Cornwall, it was really disappointing to see our lovely house languish on the market for over 10 months with a very well regarded, prominent, local high street agent. After accepting a low offer and packing all our belongings, we put our long awaited plans in motion, only to see our buyer pull out.
We needed a total rethink. Initially we thought we could strike a deal to match the budget agents in town, but from our initial meeting with Matt we knew Giggs and Co would sell our house. Proving beyond doubt, its not what you do, but the way that you do it.
