Alan came and quoted us to cut back some conifer trees in our back garden and his rates are very reasonable. The work was carried out to a very high standard in a timely manner, and Alan and his co worker were exceptionally tidy throughout. I was particularly impressed by his manner and his attention to detail, even moving any birds nests he found without disrupting the birds. Matt and Dan completely revamped our back garden and did a fantastic job. The team worked really well together; they were very professional in all that they did, effective throughout, clean and tidy and very personable. We much liked and appreciated their ability to work to a brief, and similarly valued their willingness to refine tricky designs or layouts with us as the work progressed.
The work Matt and Dan undertook for us included the removal of hedges and trees, erection of new fences, laying patio areas and other areas of slabs to support a garden shed. All of this work was done to a very high standard and we have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Kev has carried out some work for me in the past, replacing a faulty boiler which had broken down due to water ingress. From Kev coming to investigate to having the boiler installed and fully tested was probably no longer than a week and a half. Extremely quick service. I called Kev again the other night asking if he could help with a leak under the kitchen sink and his extremely prompt response enabled me to rest easy knowing the job was in safe hands. Invoices and paperwork is sent out extremely quickly meaning I can plan my expenditure, no waiting for weeks to get an invoice. Good business practices as far as I'm concerned. Always a prompt response from Kev - keep up the good work.

Craig did a wonderful job on the shelving and door (which was an awkward, fiddly job)that he cut and fit for me. Craig was on time, kept the work area tidy and everything was finished to a high standard, I was very impressed. I would use Cromwell Property Services again and highly recommend them to anyone else.
