From first coming to measure and quote, I found the service provided to be extremely personal, helpful and informative. David Anderson who facilitated the work was flexible with the timing in order to fit in with my schedule and the work was carried to the highest standard. I had a stove put in by another company and had nothing but problems with the smoke and chimney. I bought it off the internet & got a bloke to install it (he was supposed to be a proffesional). Then as a last resort I asked Steve to look at it for me & within 4 hours he put everything right & have had no problems since. I wish I had gone to St Neots Fireplaces 1st and it would have saved me alot of stress & money.

I am a builder (Blueberry Property Services) and I always use Darren and Safe Place to carry out any electrical testing and Part P certification. Darren is always polite, he returns emails or phone calls in an efficiant manner, he turns up when he says he will, and I have never had an issue with the service or work he has carried out for me. I have used Tackwood for quite a while now because they are simply the best at a) Listening to your thoughts about your car. b) Taking care whilst doing the Repairs and Service of your vehicle. c)Always keeping you informed of progress (you don't get surprises when you go to collect) d) Most importantly always completely honest and open about work done and time spent. e) All this is possible because they have loyal and knowledgeable personnel willing to help you the customer. If only all vehicle repairers and service engineers followed the Tackwood standard there would be very many happy vehicle owners around. Long may they continue with their super service.

Bill & Rita Neal, Both my wife and I have recently used Tackwood Services for the first time for both MOT test and service. We found the staff to be courteous and were very satisfied with their work and the reasonable cost of their services. We will certainly use Tackwood Services again.
