The United Reformed Church in St Neots have used The St Neots Cleaning Company since their refurbishment in 2010. From the beginning, Steve explained what he could offer in terms of cleaning and he tried to meet us on financial terms. He emphasized that quality and customer satisfaction were the company's priorities. We had used other cleaning companies in the past, and found them lacking. We were pleased that they hand picked and trained their staff and reiterated several times that they wanted customers who were satisfied at all times. If we were not satisfied with anything then we were to inform Steve immediately, and he would resolve any issue. We have NEVER had any issues. The work that Lee and Max carry out for us is of an excellent and efficient standard and they are professional and trustworthy. Hundreds of people per week use our facility, so this is not a small job, but it is all about customer satisfaction and good communication between the Cleaning Co. and their clients.
