Smart, polite, professional and tidy. Converted ADT monitored alarm to self monitoring but it was going the extra mile that impressed. When old keypad and fob box replaced it exposed several ugly holes with red rawlplugs. The rawlplugs were removed and holes filled. Luckily filler similar colour to walls but I didn't expect him to do this.

Initially Ben came and installed a burger alarm and door bell camera in our home. He was very informative, polite, tidy and the quality of his work was impressive. Few weeks later he came back to help repositioning the door bell and installed the security bolt on the garage door. I am grateful his kind help.
