I've trained at Gainz for a while now, starting as a novice I didn't really have much understanding of what to do. In a very short time I learnt so much from the other members and staff, everybody is so warm and welcoming and there is no ego on the gym floor.
I train regularly and wouldn't change Gainz for anything, there's always newly invested equipment to keep on top of being the best gym in town, great atmosphere and different styles of music.

Gainz, what a great place to train. Great selection of equipment, free weights, machines and CV, which is well maintained and regularly updated. But the best thing about Gainz is the atmosphere, you never feel judged, regardless of your experience, age or knowledge and always made to feel welcome, by friendly staff and those training next to you. Highly recommend.
