I enjoyed working with Kat and Online Designs. I already had a WIX website which I’d designed myself, but there’s more to a design than the front end. Kat understood my non-technical thoughts and explained what she’d do to solve the problems I was having. Communication was really quick, helpful and friendly. I felt I had someone ‘on my side’ helping move my website to where I wanted it to be. I had one piece of work done by Kat (who went over and above the time we allocated for the task), and I was so impressed that I just knew I had to ask her to look into other things I needed doing. I wish I’d had her in my plans at the start of my website design! I’ve worked with other web designers over the years, but Kat and Online Designs were quick, easy to understand, understood me (not an easy thing) and were superb value for money. I will be using their services again and am happy to recommend them to anyone.

We foundthe staff at premier plus to be very sincere and thoughtful,with Carl we felt he had bags of patience and was able to discuss options with protracted emails due to our busy sschedules but just as happy to chat with over the phone with no warning. They also always send us cards for major events which is a lovely touch. No complaints at all.

Tommy has just completed plastering one of my bedrooms. I found all aspects of the whole process from first telephone call to completion most efficient, including arranging the removal and reinstatement of the radiator by Jack. Tommy also redid the reveals in 2 other rooms. I am very satisfied with all the results. Tommy worked very hard, did not waste time and was friendly and polite. My rooms were left in a tidy state. Thank You for an excellent job.

We had new carpets fitted in March last year in all of the bedrooms, the landing and stairs. Jason came to measure up shortly after our initial call and quoted a very reasonable price. The carpets were fitted over three different days to fit our schedule, and everyone was very friendly and helpful at every stage of the process. We are very happy with our new carpet and highly recommend John Seymour Carpets! Thank you!
