We have just completed another house sale with Giggs & Co and they have been as excellent as previously! Their sales team have done an amazing job in helping me to sell my property and have often gone above and beyond the call of duty. Special mentions go to Natalia, Ollie and Joe who have really went out of their way to ensure that the sale went smoothly and remained highly competent, caring and professional in all our encounters. I would highly recommend Giggs & Co for anyone who would like a very high level of service when they are selling property and I wish them all the best in their future journey.

I’ve been delighted with Ace Finish. Took a 20 year old RAV4 to them this past week which had severely pitted alloys. The guys at Ace gave me a set price quote to completely restore the wheels to original factory colour, which includes the removal, refitting and balancing of the tyres (all put back in their original position in the car too). All done on time - dropped off Wednesday and collected Friday - and to a great standard; it’s transformed the look of the car. I’d certainly use again and have already recommended to others.

Kim and Steve have done a fantastic job of painting and papering our hall, stairs and landing. The job included painting the ceilings, walls, nine doors and frames, the staircase base rails and spindles and the skirting throughout, plus papering the stairs wall - so not a small job! Kim undertook most of the painting, keeping us up to date with progress, and they both took extra time to get the best finish on the doors. Steve's papering is second to none - incredibly neat! Both Kim and Steve were very considerate and tidy, given we were working from home at the time, and there was barely any disruption. We're delighted with the results and would happily recommend.

After doing my due diligence on estate agents with a solid track record of sales in my local area (Barton Hills), I met with representatives from 5 companies for valuations, of which one was Giggs & Bell. A close friend of mine recommended them and they certainly didn't disappoint.
Derrick, Denzil, Jordan and Eloise all did a fantastic job in helping me to sell the house at a price that the other 4 estate agents said was extremely unlikely to be achieved - Giggs & Bell were the only company that really showed any confidence in being able to do this. They were fractionally more expensive than the other 4 estate agents, but this was more than covered by the increased sale price!
I made lots of requests for amendments/additions on the house details and photos - in fact I was probably a bit of a pain - but they never once showed any sign of losing their patience with me!
This company has a very thorough knowledge of the Luton market - and are very passionate about the quality of service they provide. There was always somebody to answer my telephone calls and I can't remember any emails taking more than 1-working day for a response.
