I recently sold and purchased through Giggs & McGrath - they were utterly brilliant. Their communication was fantastic and 2 month from the date we listed on market, we moved into our new home. They sold our house in less than a week. Declan especially was great, he never stops working! Would not hesitate to use again or to recommend.

We recently purchased our next house through Giggs.
India was absolutely amazing showing us round the property and was extremely professional and friendly! India even accommodated for us to come round after our offer had been accepted to measure up for certain things.
Throughout the whole process Giggs helped chase down our sale and sent regular ‘chasers’ to the agent we were selling our old property through. Sophie provided us with meaningful prompt updates and was very helpful!
The whole experience with Giggs was a delight!

Very responsive and always willing to go the extra mile, checking in to make sure we are ok and if she can help in any way. Having dealt with giggs for the 2nd time I once again can’t fault anything at all. From the get go we were kept upto date on anything that happened and when things seemed to slow down through no fault of their own they were on it and got things moving again.
