We have recently sold through Giggs & Company. Eric was assigned our home from the outset, he visited prior to putting the house on the market and informed potential interested parties. This led to us having multiple viewings within the first few days of the house being on the market. This in turn led to multiple offers and the house being sold within only a few days.
We then viewed multiple homes across the local area, including some registered to Giggs. Eric was on hand for any queries and he himself arranged to meet us at the houses we were viewing through Giggs. We really appreciated his non stereotypical salesman approach, he was not at all pushy and we were in fact surprised by the amount of knowledge he had on each house we visited.
We have since purchased our new home (STC), Eric so far ensured all parties are well informed by liaising himself with us, the solicitors and the mortgage adviser.
I would highly recommend using Giggs and Co for anyone looking to buy or sell in the local area. Eric's proactive approach has been instrumental and allowed us to sell our home and find a house for me and my family to soon call home. We are very grateful to both Giggs and Eric.

Eric managed the buying of our new property and made the whole process smooth and not stressful, he is professional, polite, friendly and ALWAYS answered the phone if you needed anything which made you feel as though you were the only customer he had to deal with.
Overall we were very satisfied with the service we received from all members of staff at Giggs. Everyone was happy to help and efficient with any enquiries that we had.

Great service and always at the end of the phone to answer any questions and if the answer wasn't immediate they would get it and come straight back. Having recently both bought and sold through Giggs and Co it's totally necessary to leave feedback accordingly!
I had my house listed with an online agent (Purple Bricks) for around 8 weeks, and in that period (and with 2 price reductions) I achieved the grand total of ZERO viewings.
I gained an interest in a property listed by Giggs and co, and was immediately impressed with Eric who showed me around the house. He was down to earth, professional, and more than anything, just a really nice chap, who listened to my wants and needs, and understood what I was trying to achieve through open questioning.
Eric persuaded me to list my own house with Giggs, and insisted that it was very saleable, and his confidence inspired me to do so. Eric and Giggs didn't disappoint. Within a fortnight, I had struck a deal on both the property I viewed, and the sale of my own property, and since that date I have been kept up to date on a regular basis with how everything is proceeding. The communication really has been second to none, and that alone is worth it's weight in gold!
My experience in the property market tells me that not enough agents are concerned about the customer experience, and this isn't true of Giggs. It feels like the company care, and with Eric they have a real asset in terms of his sales skills and customer focus.

Eric Shram and the team were brilliant. Eric was the first genuine agent we'd met whilst searching for a house. We purchased the property from Eric after several back and forth negotiations and his communication throughout was second to none. He and the team provide a personal service and the exchange process was treated as priority through to completion via Emma. Completion day came with a nice touch and the keys were handed over in style! Eric still owes me a baby-carrier though... I am sure the other agents are just as good as Eric, so please do use Giggs and Co!

We sold our house recently through Giggs and I have to say they were fantastic the whole way through the process! The photos were amazing and despite selling towards the end of October, we had lots of viewings and accepted an offer within 5 weeks. Iād like to thank Giggs but especially Jack, Eric and Emma for all their hard work. Nothing was too much for them and they kept in touch with regular updates. My wife and I interviewed three different estate agents when selling our house in September 2018 and felt most comfortable with Eric from Giggs & Co and decided to go with him. We are glad that we did as Eric went above and beyond in his service level when producing the brochure, arranging viewings, showing the property and then following up afterwards with prospective buyers to negotiate a sale.
Eric was personable, calm, thorough and followed through on his word and as such we had confidence in Eric at every stage of the process. Once the sale was agreed both Eric and Emma were instrumental in ensuring the sale completed. Definitely recommended if you are looking to buy or sell anywhere near St Neots.
