The service we have received from Premier Plus Ltd in relation to our mortgage has been outstanding. We are especially grateful to Ronni who has responded to our emails so quickly - even late in the evening, during weekends and on bank holidays. She has tirelessly chased the bank when we had admin issues with our mortgage and escalated the problems on our behalf. Despite set backs with losing out on 2 houses, she has taken away lots of the stress from us and always remained friendly, professional and so efficient. Thank you!

BEWARE, use Premier Plus at your own risk. They are fine for simple transactions, my first encounter went smoothly and a mortgage secured, I couldn’t recommend them enough. My second encounter was a completely different experience as my transaction was complex. I couldn’t believe I was dealing with the same people, I had the phone put down on me by a woman who’s brusque at the best of times yet I was accused of being rude and aggressive by the very MD, having never been accused of this in my life. Estelle displayed a surprising & shocking lack of interest and little initiative to get my mortgage over the line to the point I bypassed her to deal with the lenders directly. It appears where too much effort is required for the commission they will earn one runs the risk of them breaching the very Client Agreement signed by terminating without notice proving zero scruples.

Kim came in to decorate our whole house inside with the exception of two small rooms and we are so pleased. A very thorough and professional job was done by Kim (and Steve part-time but mainly Kim) and it looks brilliant. Both were very polite, pleasant and kind. They did all they could to work with us and around us (and our dog!) going out of their way whenever they could. They turned up when they said they would never letting us down and talked us through what they were doing so we would agree in what order the house should be decorated. The house was badly in need of preparation and painting and it looks fantastic. If we ever get to empty out our studies we will call them back in a flash. Kim was recommended to us and we would highly recommend him if anyone is thinking of having any decorating done. Very impressed all round!

I have an old IKEA rug which had never been cleaned, it was to be cleaned or replaced but I love(d) the colours. It went to Ashcroft very dirty and came back like new. For £60, and it was collected and delivered back to my house. I am very pleased with the service. Also very pleasant to deal with.

Clearview were recommended to us by neighbours who were really happy with work they had done for them. Paul was very helpful when he came round to give us a quote and came up with good suggestions for replacing a couple of windows and fascia boards. His team did an excellent job - they worked quickly and efficiently and were very polite and friendly. They left everything clean and tidy and caused us the minimum amount of disruption. We are extremely happy with their work and would definitely use Clearview again.

My woollen lounge rug lost its lustre over the years and as my large long-haired dog loved to lie on it the time had definitely come to call Ashcroft - and I was definitely not disappointed. The rug came back with a fluffiness I hadn’t seen in years, the pile was deep and had its shine back, and it had a clean smell. Thank you Ashcroft for an excellent service. I definitely recommend.
