Katie drew up the plans for our extension, and handled all the paperwork to get through planning approval. She took our thoughts on-board, and was happy to make amendments as needed. I would certainly recommend Binney and Sims for any planning work, and use them again in future if required.

From our first meeting we knew that Binney and Sims Ltd were the people for us. Katie and Phil were a great help with the initial design of the space we needed to create, offering several solutions and even till the last minute was flexible enough to change. Further on in the process we had various plans / calculations drawn up and nothing was seen as a problem, information was shared freely and promptly. It made the start of the build an enjoyable event rather than the nervous unknown that we thought it was going to be ! We thank you , its been a pleasure !

We would not hesitate in recommending Binney & Sims. We found Katie and her team to be highly professional and very approachable. On our first meeting with Katie we sat down and explained everything that we wanted and she also put us at ease with dealing with the planning application side too. Within a week we had our drawings and Katie had also drawn up some different options that we had not thought about too. Once we had decided which drawings we wanted, we emailed our instructions and our planning application was submitted. Katie and her team kept us informed along the way until planning was granted. This was a stress free process and cannot thank Katie and her team enough. We look forward to showing Katie our extension once finished... thank you once again Binney & Sims.

We commissioned Binney and Sims to internally reorganise and extend a 1980s bungalow to provide an upstairs and a large family space downstairs. They were totally involved, sympathetic and constantly a source of sound and helpful advice and suggestions. Nothing was too much trouble, they were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. And the end product is just a delight.
