We’ve never been disappointed by a viewing from anyone at Giggs; they always seem such a genuine group of people and do a lot for the community as well as offering a thoroughly professional service. No wonder they are so well regarded in St Neots. Recently we had an offer accepted on a house we love, facilitated by Kayleigh who absolutely went above and beyond to help us. She is extremely helpful, kind and personable and is outstanding at her job. As a family we completely trust her judgment and we’re very grateful to her for all she’s done and continues to do. We didn’t want to move, and were sad at first to have to do so - unlike some estate agents we have encountered, Kayleigh showed sensitivity and empathy and at no stage have we felt pressured in any way. We are now so looking forward to moving into our new home. Thanks so much Kayleigh, you are a star!

Very communicative (by phone and WhatsApp) and also trusting with regards to payment. I was away on business travel when they came into to fit the carpet and let me pay the bill without any time pressure.
