We are new to the area and was looking for a reliable and trustworthy garage, safe to say we had an excellent experience with Tackwood, we had an MOT, some work required which was communicated efficiently in a timely and friendly manner. Based on reviews I was expecting my wheels to come back in a great condition, what I was not expecting was two things:
1. Their prices for tyres were cheaper than Black Circles, even when you include the discounts Black Circles offer. And you know that ACE are going to be super careful when changing tyres (unlike other garages I have used that have marked wheels in the past).
2. Everyone I came into contact with at ACE was in such a great mood and really lovely to deal with. It must be a great place to work as everyone seems to be really cheery and thoroughly lovely to deal with.
The wheels, tyres and customer service were all top notch. With all due respect I hope I don't need to come back soon, but when I do I will look forward to it :-)
