I attend the pilates class at Parks run by Marina. She is a very good teacher who knows a lot about Pilates and how each stretch can help. We have a great laugh!!

Had pain in left arm, forearm and hand. Had physio and exercises to do at home. Within 1 week , great improvement, by the 2nd week arm / hand was much better. Would recommend.
