I would like to write to send my thanks to all at Giggs & Co for your hard work throughout the sale and completion of our house.
I would especially like to thank Ollie for his fantastic effort in ensuring we reached completion, in what proved to be very testing circumstances. He has worked tirelessly to help overcome the various problems that have arisen, and has been available at every minute throughout the process, with us never having to wait for answers or responses.
He has conducted himself with the utmost professionalism and integrity, tying together all parties involved, and I can quite honestly say that we probably would not have got the end result we needed without him. I would recommend Ollie - and Giggs & Co - to anybody embarking on selling their house.

We bought a home through Giggs and Co recently. We found them friendly as well as professional. Emma was always easy to get hold of and happy to help. When she was away for a few days it was clear her colleagues were familiar with our purchase and able to move things forward in her absence. In addition, we were selling through a housing association without an estate agent. Emma was a great help with hurrying along the whole chain. We were very happy with the service.

It was obvious from the first meeting that Phill knew everything about St Neots that was worth knowing both in respect of the community and local businesses. He's a real advocate of "buying local" and is great at spreading the word through various channels.
