I cannot fault the service that Giggs and Company provided. As a first time seller I felt that I was supported and guided through what can be a daunting experience, to make it as seamless and easy as possible. From the outset it was clear that my husband and I had made the right choice in choosing Giggsand Co. The personal, friendly, knowledgeable service left us in no doubt that our home was in safe hands throughout the selling process. Whenever I contacted the team with any queries nothing was too much trouble.

I just wanted to thank you and the team at Giggs and Company for the fantastic service you provided to us when we moved house. From start to finish and felt that we were given a very honest and personal service without pressure. Every member of the team was enthusiastic and seemed genuinely keen to help us with our move. Initially we did consider using one of the very cheap estate agents however, having met the team at Giggs and company we felt it was far more important for us to use a team who we would trust with our house keys who would be able to show people around our home without us when we were at work. Our house was sold relatively quickly and we have no doubt that it was due to you getting the right people to view it and the fair valuation we were given.
All of our contact with your team either in person, by the phone or email was positive and every query we had was dealt with quickly and efficiently. All in all we would like to thank you all for making our move as smooth and as stress free as moving house can be!

Couldn't be happier with Kim and his guys, painted the outside of our house over a long weekend, and did a fantastic job. Kim kept us updated throughout, he and his team were always extremely polite and considerate, and the quality of job was superb. Will definitely be using them again for our next decorating job.
