It wasn't until earlier this year, 2015, that I found the right property and without hesitation I returned to see Heather. Again she gave me several options and made the process very straight forward.
Once my application was complete Nicki then contacted me on a regular basis and when needed chased solicitors and estate agents, taking all the hassle out of it for me . brilliant !

Heather immediately got to work and the following day she had our mortgage
agreed in principle and we were able to proceed.
A couple of weeks later we came up against a stumbling block when our buyers
disclosed that they were struggling to get a mortgage!
I contacted Heather and again she got to work straight away, this time for
our buyers.
Within a couple of days Heather had secured a mortgage for the buyers and we
were back on track!
