According to Reuters, a fox has been found the culprit behind a spate of footwear thefts in a small Western German town recently. The stolen horde was stumbled upon by a forest worker, who found between 110 and 120 shoes strewn around the entrance and down the hole of a fox's den near Foehren.
The footwear had been stolen from outside peoples houses in the town, and ranged from trainers to ladies high heels. Despite missing the odd lace or two, they were all in pretty good condition, and everyone was delighted to get them back, with no reprisals planned for the perpetrator. Apparently she stole them for her cubs to play with!
If you're looking for shoes for your cubs, why not try Piggy's in Stamford which has a whole range of designer footwear for children. If it's bigger kids of the female persuasion, then Sly is the place to go for a super selection of ladies shoes.
