Judith Mackie gave me the latest news from Stamford's Corn Exchange Theatre:
"We are delighted to have attracted Jill Washington, leading lady from "Phantom of the Opera" etc. to our theatre.
The Locrian Ensemble - top classical musicians and performers working in London - will perform "The Spirit of Christmas by Candlelight" on 11th December.
It promises to be one of the highlight of the year at the newly reburbished theatre".
