Last night, a number of the leading businesses in the area came together not only for commercial purposes but also to support Acorns Childrens Hospice.
The event was held at The RSC, who provided a unique venue together with superb facilities and refreshments.
The guest speaker was Ron Ball, Warwickshire's Police and Crime Commissioner. Ron gave a brief overview of his position and how he came to be elected. There was also an an opportunity to chat to our members on a one to one basis to answer any questions that they had.
Although underpinning the evening was business (a number of business partnerships and opportunities were formed), the event was also a social gathering of like minded business people who like to put something back into the community, in the form of donations to the Acorns Childrens Hospice.
The evening was rounded off by the RSC providing several tour guides for what were very interesting and informative tours - even those that have lived in Stratford upon Avon all their lives and have visited the RSC before, perhaps on several occasions, learnt something new!
