Forest Green Rovers will be celebrating and providing support to Fairtrade Fortnight at the New Lawn on Saturday 8th March during the home fixture with Cambridge United
This will feature a whole host of activities including Fairtrade tasting and information stands in the Carol Embrey Suite. There will also be colouring in activities for children, free hot chocolate from Cafedirect and the new new FGR Green Devil mascot handing out loads of other Fairtrade goodies.
Fairtrade is about better prices, decent working conditions, local sustainability, and fair terms of trade for farmers and workers in the developing world.
