I attend a weekly stretch class at Personal Best which has significantly improved my mobility, balance and general fitness. I have also been to their foot health clinic and had appointment for ear wax removal. All the staff are really welcoming, and their attention to detail and professionalism is excellent. Highly recommended.

I have been going to Personal Best for over 12 years so it feels like a home-from-home. I love everything about it from the warm reception of all those who work there to the fun and effective exercise classes and amazing, top-quality treatments. You can feel the heart behind the ethics and beautiful environment created by Carl and Kristine. Having suffered from a bad back for a few years, I was very happy and relieved to find Alex Seymour at PB. He is a marvel and with his treatments and experience has guided me through to a fabulous result. With Alex's help we were able to identify the issues and work through them with treatments and targeted exercises. After only a few weeks I am able to dance, swim and walk again pain free.

I had Ear wax removal from Christine and Foot clinic from Fay, and both were excellent! I highly recommend them for their caring and thorough treatment, plus all of their useful professional advice too.

Fabulous service from all the team especially Carl & Charlie for regular PT sessions. I go twice weekly to stay youthful! Great technique so even though you know it requires effort it's great once you're doing it. Lovely clean venue & positive dynamic team make you feel great! johny

Because of the smaller class sizes the experience is never daunting, especially if you are a newbie. The circuit changes from week to week to keep things fresh and the music choice is always very fitting! I have also used Kristine who is an excellent Chiropractor, working her magic on all types of aches and pains. The whole team are super efficient and friendly which just completes this experience. Highly recommended on all levels. Thank you Personal Best.
