Bradie has been superb over the past few months in helping to strengthen my knee from an injury I suffered. It's not just the advice and exercises he's recommended but he was excellent at explaining exactly what was wrong and how the exercises will help.

A professional and personable approach from the start and would always be available between sessions. 100% recommend

Physio Motive have been amazing start to finish. Bradie was so professional and welcoming. Every session he made me feel at ease. He gave me simple exercises I could do at home and after 6 of my possible 8 sessions I am on the mend especially with having 2 toddlers. I would highly recommend him and if I need him again will be going back.

The whole experience was very positive for me. I had a lot of shoulder, neck and lower back pain following a car accident. Emily Smith is a great physio and not only put me at ease, but also gave me a lot of helpful advice for self care too. This and the acupuncture (a revelation!) really made a difference. Thank you.

Bradie's help was invaluable in helping me to get back into running, and through my gluteal tendinopathy gradual recovery. I would highly recommend him, and will be back myself if any future injuries occur. Great experience, knowledgeable therapist who gave me effective treatment. Would highly recommend, as both practitioners were kind, courteous, make you feel comfortable and relaxed and dealt with all my inquiries in a professional manner. Great advice, and lots of helpful exercises

I went to see Bradie on the recommendation of a friend,. I had a slightly torn muscle in my thigh. Bradie made a speedy diagnosis and explained using diagrams of the muscles exactly what the problem was. Amazingly professional, and i was back to normal after only two more visits. I would not hesitate to recommend him, sorted me out when i was in despair.

So after along time with dealing with pains in my legs and my glutes my wife made me appointment to go see Danny at Physio Motive. After chatting to Danny and him showing me some stretching and single leg exercises my pain is now in check.
I only had 3 sessions with Danny and what a difference it has made, if only I’d done this years ago🤦‍♂️
So all in all Physio Motive is great value for money and a service that is second to none very professional

Bradie was kind enough to visit Thomas Gainsborough School last week to talk to students from Years 7-13 about how he got into the physiotherapy profession and what qualifications and skills you need for the job. He was a natural with the students making it fun and engaging, he clearly knows his stuff and the passion and enthusiasm he has for his profession shone through. We've had some great feedback from the students and will definitely be asking Bradie in again to inspire the next generation of physios. We have at least three staff members at the school who have been clients of Bradie's , all said they would recommend him to others.

August 2021 I started to develop dull intermittent aches in my left shoulder. By the start of October those dull intermittent aches had become constant aches and sharp pains, especially when reaching out in front, to the side or overhead. Even on a few occasions sleeping had become uncomfortable, due to the inflammation that had occurred.

I thought to myself that something is clearly not right, It had become apparent that I was only contributing further damage to my left shoulder.

Mid October I spoke to Bradie for the first time about my concerns with the shoulder in question. The following day he had a slot free and was quickly able to diagnose the issue, which turned out to be shoulder impingement.

From that first session in October until December I was following a consistent routine of 3-4 days rehab per week that focussed on strengthening the rotator cuff in the left shoulder.
Resistant band work combined with very light resistance machine work was the first phase into rebuilding strength back in the rotator cuff.
Also incorporating ice application twice a day during this period were the initial building blocks to easing the shoulder pain and turning muscle wastage back into muscle.

December until now has seen a upward trend in strength and conditioning of the shoulder along with rest of the upper body. For the most part I have increased between 40-60% in terms of weight increments for both free weights and resistance machines.

Though my shoulder strength is not completely back to where it has been in the past, there is no question that I am on the right pathway to regaining further strength. The aches are now minimal at best and the rotation of movement in the shoulder has improved vastly.

Bradie has been very helpful and his meticulous approach to muscle rehabilitation has been a revelation for me.

I can say after nearly 5 months of initially using Physio Motive that Bradie provides the knowledge, guidance and all the tools required to help with injury therapy and recovery.

As long as you have the discipline and perseverance to carry out a rehabilitation program then using physio motive is a no brainer.

When I first saw Bradie two weeks ago I saw in a bit of a state. I could hardly move my neck and was in constant pain.
After just one session I could move again, and with the exercises he gave me to do at home, I continued to see improvements over the following two weeks. Another session yesterday and I am completely pain free and can move freely again.
Nothing short of miraculous, I cannot recommend Bradie highly enough!

Thank you so much!
