My husband and I just attended the Wild Garlic Foraging-an "Upstairs at the Market" event. Carl and Matthew our guides were the perfect company for our morning. They were both very personable and everyone felt very comfortable and welcome. We started off our hike with some fresh birch sap water collected just that morning and then on the way they pointed out other edible plants. Once at our site we picked as much garlic as wanted to take home! very good deal! Back at the farmers market we were served coffee, tea, and cake and the cooking demo began. What a wonderful demo!! Everything tasted amazing and seemed very simple to do-we'll be trying all of the recipes this week with the garlic we picked. The end of event goodie bag was icing on the cake to our wonderful day in Lavenham. If I could give 10 stars I would! What a lovely event! Planning to come to another soon!

Another well organised and fantastic event. I'm really interested in foraging, but didn't know much about it. Carl and Matthew were fascinating and clearly passionate about what they do. I can not wait until the foraging course in October. Thanks guys and Suffolk Market Events for another great Upstairs @The Market event!
