I must say I am still amazed by the brilliant level of service you provide for Worksafe. Implementing the ‘online archive’ for all of us is just another example of a proactive service that helps us be more efficient and avoids any issues from occurring before they arise. It makes a massive difference ensuring our IT systems continuously run efficiently with an absolute minimum number of issues. For us as a business Wyzkey is extremely good value for money. You have been a breath of fresh air.

Just used Wyzkey for some advice with Microsoft 365 with a customer moving their domain. As a website developer there's only so much I can get my head round. John was so helpful and now I really feel I have a great guy I can now trust with my customers for future Microsoft issues without worry

You might think electrical contracting is a van based job, but you would be wrong.
As a small business, that lives on their computer system, getting information , forwarding quotes, booking work and finally invoicing
We could not cope with “down time” when one of our computers broke,
Working with John at Wyzkey, has made sure this never happens , we have used his services to set up new computers and to keep them working and up to date with upgrades
he pre-empts our problems and finds solutions before they happen,
we have gone from 5 individual computer to 7 computers that seamlessly work together
if we have a problem , he is there at the end of the phone or by email, with a quick response, and a get around, so we can continue to work
I can highly recommend his services, but don’t leave it till the computer goes wrong, involve him from the beginning and keeping him on board, stops that problem ever happening
And its one less thing to worry about, whilst you run your business and concentrate on earning money…
