Innovation Labs was founded on the principle of providing experienced, tried and tested support for innovation, entrepreneurship and skills acquisition, set within friendly, supportive and cost-effective coworking environments located in Stowmarket, Ipswich, Woodbridge and Sudbury.
Matt Woodhouse a website developer and member of the Innovation Labs Sudbury, started his career at Infotex, where he cut his teeth acquiring a variety of web development skills. In 2021, Matt was selected to participate in the Scion Coalition Scheme, benefiting from the extensive training delivered by senior web developers in the industry.
When Matt was made redundant late last year, the Job Centre's Work Coach offered a new option, referring him to the Innovations Labs. With the support of Innovation Labs and its members, Matt has been introduced to networks of like-minded individuals, member events, pitch practice sessions, new technologies and an accountability club, enabling him to grow his pioneering freelance business. Thanks to member introductions and shared local business contacts, Matt is now working with clients such as Sustainable Business Magazine to improve their user experience and website traffic, leveraging his expertise to gain digital visibility for the magazine.
Looking towards the opportunities of the future, Matt Is keen to work with local companies looking to develop their digital presence, whilst continuing to acquire the very latest skills.
