In this blog I am hoping to shed some light on how local people can receive Macmillan's support in the Sudbury area. I will also be talking about how people can get involved through volunteering and fundraising for Macmillan.
Over the last four years, Macmillan has recognised that people living in rural communities often face cancer alone. Therefore we are campaigning to make sure this doesn't happen. No one should face cancer alone. This is why we have an increased focus on bringing cancer services into your local community, whether that is through a Macmillan GP, our Boots Macmillan Information Pharmacists, Mobile Information Centre or Community Nurses.
Please keep reading my blog for more information about the above or contact me on gdaniels@macmillan.org. 07968 731 703.
