Not really given but the best advice I have read is Maya Angelou - People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel
Tell us an unknown/ unusual fact about yourself?
I have a fear of heights but I've done a bungee jump out of a crane and ran off the face of a cliff with a parachute!
What do you do for fun outside work?
Spending time with the kids and growing food on the allotment

I love spending time in Sudbury, particularly by the river
