I enjoy the job and I enjoy giving the best advice, so knowing I help people save money or work more efficiently gets me out of bed.
Best piece of advice you have ever been given?
Listen to what your customers requirements are and don’t have preconceived ideas as to what you think they want. Because I have access to so many products, I can match the customer's needs to the machine that’s right for them. Never assume, because that's never good for anyone
Tell me a little-known fact about yourself
I’m a lifelong Colchester Utd supporter. My uncle was in the reserves team at Colchester Utd as a youngster and enticed me along to watch him and I got the bug.
What's the one thing you're most proud of
My ever-growing army of grandchildren. Also, I'm really proud of helping a business save £140k by getting out of an outstanding lease that wasn't what his businesses needed or signed up for. And I’m proud to offer the best advice when it comes to machine requirements, regardless of whether I get the contract.

I love good food and socialising with my friends.
