Moore Green Chartered Accountants is proud to announce the promotion of two new partners to its expanding team of experienced professionals in Sudbury, Suffolk.

The new partners, Clare Anderson and Michael Hayles, both commit a wealth of knowledge and experience to the firm, securing Moore Green Chartered Accountants’ status as one of the largest accounting firms in the area.

Clare Anderson has been with Moore Green Chartered Accountants for over 20 years, joining the firm as a school leaver. During that time, she has become a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant and now achieves the role of partner, thanks to her ambition, determination and commitment to her work. In her speciality of audits, Clare has earned a reputation as an expert in the field.

Clare says. “I’m very excited by the prospects of my new role. Helping to steer the business I have worked at for so long really cements the fact that hard work can and does pay off. To be able to mould and work with the next generation of Moore Green is but one way to pay back the dedication that has been shown to me. ”

Michael Hayles also joined Moore Green as a school leaver in 1995 growing within the business and joining as an affiliate. Michael specialises in assisting smaller businesses transition to become limited companies, navigating tax compliance and steering clients through the digitalisation of their record keeping. Michael has been managing his own portfolio of clients for some years, growing naturally through client referrals and word of mouth.

Michael said “I’m looking forward to my new role which I view as custodian of this long standing  firm, we have a strong team here. Clare and I are testament to Moore Green’s commitment to internal training, and I’m excited about helping our trainees develop a long enjoyable careers with us, and our clients.”

Both partners have seen Moore Green adapt to the changes in the accountancy landscape and the challenges it brings. Clare and Michael both live locally to Sudbury, Suffolk, continuing to offer their expertise and advice to the firm’s clients with their accounting needs.
