What gets you out of bed of a morning?

Bird Hello GIF GB: I'm an early bird. It's a family trait unfortunately, but I take advantage of being an early riser, by starting work early.

What's the best piece of advice you've been given?

Disney gif. Alice of Alice in Wonderland curtsies broadly. GB: Treat others as you would like to be treated yourself, whatever the circumstances. There's no cost to being polite, caring and helpful.

What do you do for fun outside work?

Simon Pegg Cheers GIF by PeacockTV GB: I enjoy the occasional pint and a nice meal out with friends and family. I also enjoy most sports.

Tell us about your favourite place in South Suffolk?

What To See and Do, Visit Hadleigh GB: I love Hadleigh - the home of my daughters, one of my son's, his wife and two of my granddaughters
