thebestof Sudbury has announced the winner of the Sudbury Business of the Year 2020 Awards.

Butcher Jamie’s Meat Inn received the most reviews during the campaign, winning the coveted accolade of Business of the Year in Sudbury 2020 

In second place,  was Webdesigner Polyspiral Ltd and in third position Sales and Business Coach Business Growth Landscaper.

The Business of the Year Awards are organised by thebestof, a marketing organisation committed to raising the profile of local, independent businesses serving Sudbury and the surrounding areas.

During the campaign, local people were encouraged to show their support for their favourite local business by leaving a review of the service they received from the business. The Awards operate at a Local level to recognise and award the Business of the Year in their Town, and at a National Level to recognise the overall UK Business of the Year, the Top 100 Businesses in the UK and the Business of the Year in each Business Category.

Sudbury and surrounding area businesses did incredibly well at a national level. Winning the top awards of their categories were Sudbury Butchers, Jamie’s Meat Inn, Web Designers Polyspiral, Sales and Business Coach, Business Growth Landscaper and Lavenham based Children’s clothes retailer Pickles & Lillies. fighting off competition from businesses across the country. Woodpeckers Nursery, on Melford Road came third nationally in the Nursery School category and award Highly Commended.
