We're a busy and established dramatic society, 100 years old this year, based at Sudbury's Quay Theatre with plenty going on both on and offstage including running Quay Costumes, and we're always keen to welcome new people.
Known more simply as ‘SDS,’ we’re a lively and vibrant amateur theatre group putting on a varied selection of productions each year consisting usually of five plays and a pantomime.
We’ve built a strong reputation for putting on a variety of top quality productions over the years covering many genres and look forward to many more as we celebrate our centenary in 2021. We’d be delighted if you joined us as we’re always keen to welcome new people both on and off stage.
N.B. Presently the coronavirus pandemic has put a brake on live theatre but, as you'll see from the above link, we're still keeping busy so there's plenty to get involved with!
