The GHaW Award is aimed at SME's in Suffolk working alongside Suffolk County Council to improve working conditions, employe well-being and overall organisations health. It recognises the strong link between good work practices and the health of employees, emphasising that a healthy workplace not only is beneficial for employees, but where employers have better productivity, engagement and reduces absenteeism.
We are looking for SMEs to trial our project and give input, and in return you will be able to access:-

- have support through the Employer Consultants
- a free 2 day Mental Health First Aid Training
course for your time.
