Yoga can be seen as quite an intimidating form of exercises but yoga is more than bending in to all kinds of postures. It is a group of ancient practices for the mind, body and spirit to reduce stress, anxiety, build mental and physical strength, resilience, flexibility and harmony.

Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing and suitable footwear to this session. We also recommend you bring water for hydration. These sessions take place on the fourth Friday of every month.
