This year was our first time as an exhibitor at the Sudbury business expo, it was a well planned and organised set up, with a wide range of businesses attended. Polyspiral's excellent "SEO You Can Do" seminar on Zoom was a really helpful no-nonsense session, full of lots of clear explanations in ordinary language. I left with lots of answers, and a To Do list!
I am a volunteer with a not-for-profit organisation (Stowmarket Carnival) & find myself having to manage a website with only the very basic understanding of the technologies involved. And all too often trying to get more information involves impenetrable jargon and unending sequences of abbreviations. Oh, and lots of dubious advice, often based on out of date information.
This seminar was clear & straightforward, and I particularly liked the opportunity to ask questions at every stage, and the follow-up email with useful information. I would recommend this session for anyone wanting to understand how to get found on the web.

Established in 1947, Wardale Williams is Sudbury’s first opticians. Its team of experienced and knowledgeable optometrists is rightly proud of this history, as well as the professional care, great value, and friendly service on offer today.
While visiting Sudbury had an issue with my glasses. Wardle Williams repaired them free of charge. A very nice gesture and lovely staff .

The Bridge Project, based in the market town of Sudbury, was setup in 1995 as a local charity to assist disadvantaged adults within the community.
This is a great place to meet up with friends, for lunch or morning coffee. Great for children as it has a "paint your own" ceramics area. The scones are lush!

The Quay Theatre is a gem in Sudbury's crown. This delightful venue holds a vast range of theatre, music and film nights, whilst supporting the local community.
