I was referred to Physio Motive by an insurance company following an accident where one of their customers went into the back of my car. I had a whiplash injury which had reduced mobility in my neck. Emily worked with me over the four sessions allocated to me, providing exercises for me to complete at home as well. I now have almost full mobility and hope the rest will come with time.
