I was referred to Physio Motive after being involved in a car accident. Emily worked with me over 8 sessions to get the mobility back in my neck and shoulders . She was knowledgable and approachable , explaining what she was doing and why each exercise helped. I will be keeping regular appointments and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Emily and the Physio Motive team .

I was referred to Physio Motive by an insurance company following an accident where one of their customers went into the back of my car. I had a whiplash injury which had reduced mobility in my neck. Emily worked with me over the four sessions allocated to me, providing exercises for me to complete at home as well. I now have almost full mobility and hope the rest will come with time. Emily was very approachable and would recommend her to others

Bradie at Physio Motive is everything you want in a physio. Knowledgable, respectful and clear in his diagnosis and treatment plan. He’s reassuring and very professional. And yes, it worked. Money well spent. I have no hesitation in recommending him to you.

Bradie helped after I had a knee replacement, got we from walking with two crutches, to walking without them in three sessions, and in five sessions I was able to walk the 3k race for life. I would highly recommend him

WELL, this was a our third visit and once again the Garden exceeded expectations. This time it was for breakfast - of homemade croissant filled with wonderful cheese and suffolk cured ham - utterly blissful.
Other than in France or Italy I have not had croissant this good. Light, buttery, crumbly perfection.. Filled with strong and juicy cheese(s - I reckon two or three varieties) and excellent ham.No surprise that we then gorged on an almond croissant which induced dreams of a particularly fine patisserie in Ambois on the Loire river.
The machiato coffees were as excellent as ever.Last visit was for lunch and exceptionally good it was.
And the building is an utter joy. The oldest bits are 15th century but the main structure looks 18th adjusted 17th century. It offers three entirely different dining areas - a front of house 'bistro;' a rear dining room and the most idyllic and of course eponymous garden, protected on all sides and overhead too with a continental style pair of 'sails' of prodigious size, total rain resistance but only about 60% solar protection to you remain dry, warmed and bright.I would very strongly recommend a detour to Sudbury and the Secret Garden.
They also have an interesting a la carte evening menu which we shall sample soon.

I am sure that there are other excellent eateries in Sudbury, but we have never managed to get past this gem. We visit Suffolk annually and since we found this restaurant, it is at the top of our list for lunch. Although the cafe, which sat beside the restaurant, has become a victim of the pandemic, we were delighted to find that we could still have a light lunch here. The actual (secret?) garden was a great place to sit on a warm, sunny day; both the canopy and the walls sheltered us from a lively breeze, making it a perfect setting for our delicious lunch. My husband chose the smoked chicken salad and I had the tartiflette. The french influence in the menu and cooking was what had initially drawn us here and it was done so well in both these dishes. Despite generous portions, we were determined to try the raspberry soufflé tartlet for a dessert and compromised by sharing one; this is most unusual for us and was purely because we were both quite full. As it happened, the soufflé was so light and refreshing that we could have managed a whole one each: we will know better next time!
The final delight was to find our favourite coffee on the menu: Monsoon Malabar is a bit of an unusual choice for a restaurant but it is what we drink at home as we really enjoy its slightly smoky flavour and lack of bitterness. Again, a generously sized cafetière was much appreciated. All told, probably the nicest lunch of our week away. Thank you to the talented chef and the lovely waiting staff.

Abbie rocks. She created my website to be just like it was before which I loved, but made it mobile. And on top of that she's made it so I can pop in and out of it to change and add things when I want. I'm a complete idiot when it comes to computer things and she was calm, polite and patient with me when I was learning to use it. And utterly brilliant when I found things I couldn't work out how to changeout fix.
She's sweet as pie too.

I attended a Wordpress for beginners workshop with Abbie. On arrival we were given a pack full of information, that we were able to take away with us. Abbie is very very knowledgeable in her field and has a very friendly manner too. We were all provided with our own practice website, which we were allowed to keep for 30 days. This enabled me to play around with ideas before having the confidence to update my own new website. I would highly recommend Abbie.
