Puts on a number of good shows throughout the year. Whatever your choice, serious plays or something to make you laugh you will find it here. This is a small theatre so book early. There is a bar so arriving with time to spare will not be a problem. We last saw a pantomime put on by local schools which was great. If you are in the Sudbury area, give it a try. You will not be disappointed.

Visited the quay many times and enjoyed every experience, such a gorgeous quaint theatre, comforting and happy environment and excellent bar. Always amazing live music. So gutted when Covid cancelled/postponed several planned trips to the Quay, can’t wait to visit again. Such a lovely location by the river too.

We were away for the weekend in Sudbury & my boyfriend had booked a superior theatre trip in the evening. The little theatre by the river side is so lovely. We had chilled glasses of wine from the bar before the performance & at the interval. We went to see An evening with Richard Digance . So good, he was very topical & also very funny a great night out

Last weekend we attended the Dead and SudBuried Horrorthon V at this fantastic venue
This was our first visit to Sudbury and what an absolute treasure this theatre is. As soon as we stepped in the door we were greeted warmly and we were in awe of the building itself. It really has a comfortable feel. The auditorium was the perfect size and the architecture just superb. I must say we did enjoy the bar (and the delicious ice cream too)
A big thank you to Andy for hosting the event, and also to Sharon and her team for making us feel so very welcome. We arrived as strangers but left as friends and haven’t laughed so much in a very long time.
We look forward to attending the next Horrorthon and only wish we lived a little closer as I suspect we would become regulars

In January 2022, Phil Whitehart said about Physio Motive
August 2021 I started to develop dull intermittent aches in my left shoulder. By the start of October those dull intermittent aches had become constant aches and sharp pains, especially when reaching out in front, to the side or overhead. Even on a few occasions sleeping had become uncomfortable, due to the inflammation that had occurred.

I thought to myself that something is clearly not right, It had become apparent that I was only contributing further damage to my left shoulder.

Mid October I spoke to Bradie for the first time about my concerns with the shoulder in question. The following day he had a slot free and was quickly able to diagnose the issue, which turned out to be shoulder impingement.

From that first session in October until December I was following a consistent routine of 3-4 days rehab per week that focussed on strengthening the rotator cuff in the left shoulder.
Resistant band work combined with very light resistance machine work was the first phase into rebuilding strength back in the rotator cuff.
Also incorporating ice application twice a day during this period were the initial building blocks to easing the shoulder pain and turning muscle wastage back into muscle.

December until now has seen a upward trend in strength and conditioning of the shoulder along with rest of the upper body. For the most part I have increased between 40-60% in terms of weight increments for both free weights and resistance machines.

Though my shoulder strength is not completely back to where it has been in the past, there is no question that I am on the right pathway to regaining further strength. The aches are now minimal at best and the rotation of movement in the shoulder has improved vastly.

Bradie has been very helpful and his meticulous approach to muscle rehabilitation has been a revelation for me.

I can say after nearly 5 months of initially using Physio Motive that Bradie provides the knowledge, guidance and all the tools required to help with injury therapy and recovery.

As long as you have the discipline and perseverance to carry out a rehabilitation program then using physio motive is a no brainer.

Enjoyed a lovely lunch today at The Crown. We eat here regularly and the service and quality of food is always first class! I cannot eat a full meal and it’s never a problem, I can have a smaller portion of any meal and charged accordingly. Highly recommend for families, friends, couples or special occasions. So lucky to have this place nearby. Our thanks and compliments to all the staff especially the chefs!
