When the Covid-19 lockdown started I had a new prescription but no new spectacles. I needed non-allergenic frames for a pair of bifocals and another pair for reading and screen work. Wardale Williams were both helpful and fully professional in handling the interview in a safe way and showing off their range of products.
I have since bought from them the two pairs of lenses, mounted in excellent titanium frames; light, comfortable and non-irritant. I am very happy with the result.
Their service has been excellent in every way, competent, helpful and informative, listening to my concerns and responding in a balanced way without pressure. I recommend them highly.

A very good and thorough eye test. Opted for the OCT photos this time as I am getting older. Always helps to know more about your eye health and what you can do yourself to keep things stable.Pleasant staff to explain everything you need to know in terms even i could understand. As always an enjoyable experience.

This was my first visit to Wardale Williams and I have to say it was a very good experience. The surroundings are clean, fresh & pleasantly decorated; the staff are polite, warm & friendly (a particular thank you to Amanda for her advice & attention to detail).
