My family has been going to Wardale Williams for 30 years or more. The reason being, they are so helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. They may not be the cheapest out there but if you care about your eyesight then they are certainly the best place to go. Where you will always be treated as not only a customer but a friend in need.

Great local pub and we love taking our dog with us however today my partner was bitten by a Jack Russel who's owner completely ignored and didn't even apologised for his dogs bad behaviour. Members of staff were oblivious to what had happened. We are very much advocate dogs in pubs, but they must be well behaved and trained, what if on this occasion it was a child who was bitten.

I took my granddaughter for an eye test. The staff were lovely and welcoming. The optician made my granddaughter feel at ease and was patient. He explained everything clearly. Overall a pleasant experience. I would recommend using this opticians.

We enjoyed the food and the service, both excellent. The only thing we were surprised about is the fact that they only take bank cards, no cash, worth knowing if you are going there.and normally pay cash. There is ample parking, which is always a plus.
